What forms of payment do you take?

We take cash and credit cards ($US dollar)


Can I change my pickup time day of?

Changes of pick up time need to be done at least 24 hours of anticipation.


Can the driver make stops?

We can stop for: Grocery shopping, breakfast, lunch and dinner. For tour or
staying the entire day at some place have and extra charge of $ 20 per hour
of waiting.


What do I do once I land at the airport?

Once you land, our driver will be waiting for you at the passenger exit, he will be holding a sign with the name of the client or the name of the group. Some time is difficult for the guest find the driver at the passenger exit is too crowded, there is our emergency phone that you can call +(506) 8309-8929.


If I get picked up from my hotel where do I meet the driver?

If the pick up is in a Hotel, please wait for the driver at the lobby or front
desk.


Is tip included in the fare?

Although a tip is welcomed, it is not part of the fare. If your driver did a great job and you want to tip them… do it! 😉
